Hanner-Bailey, Ph.D. is a consultant with
Management Concepts, where she is responsible
for developing change management tools that
help leaders meet their employees’ needs. Hope
offers surveys, workshops, and advisory
services to organizations looking to overcome
barriers and identify strategies for effective
work-life integration. Her
consulting experience extends across corporate,
academic, and government sectors with wide
expertise in advising leaders on best workplace
practices. An organizational psychologist by
training, Hope has an M.A. degree in Clinical
Psychology and a Ph.D. in
Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Her
specific passion is in helping busy women to
realize their ambitions and successfully manage
the competing demands of work and life.
