Ms. Gravely is a Vice President at CB Richard Ellis where she serves as the regional manager of transactions and investments for a Bank of America portfolio with a territory of eight states and consisting of 17 million square feet.  Her professional experience includes acquisitions and dispositions for tenants and landlords, as well as managing regional transaction portfolios for corporations.  She joined CB Richard Ellis in 2006 with their acquisition of Trammell Crow Company.

 

Ms. Gravely began her career in real estate in 1987 representing Manulife Financial in Washington, DC.  She continued in Washington with Trammell Crow until 1997 when she relocated to Charlotte, NC to handle several corporate service accounts for Lincoln Harris. In 2002, she returned to Trammell Crow to handle acquisitions and dispositions for the Mid Atlantic and Southeast regions for Bank of America.
