The Success in the City Foundation was established in 2008 by Success in the City and the de Lorenzi Family. The mission of the Foundation is to advance and uplift the social and professional lives of women by supporting efforts that help them attain upward mobility and close the professional and wage gap experienced by many women.

In addition, the Foundation will annually set aside a portion of the Foundation funds for the “Bobby de Lorenzi Scholarship Program" affiliated with George Mason University. Each year a scholarship will be awarded to an adult returning to school to complete his or her education following a personal or financial interruption in the pursuit of their undergraduate degree.

The Foundation also will establish awards in the advancement and promotion of telework and transportation solutions.
