We are proud to introduce to you Kelly Harman, our Chairman of the Board!  You will enjoy getting to know Kelly as we have enjoyed her enthusiastic and innovative leadership style.

Kelly Harman

Kelly Harman is the President of Zephyr Strategy, a management consulting firm specializing in business and marketing strategy, sales and marketing alignment and business capture consulting for technology and telecom companies.  By placing an emphasis on measuring performance and delivering maximum results for every investment, Zephyr Strategy has grown rapidly, achieving industry recognition and a solid foundation of clients including MCI, Sony, Panasonic, Verizon Business Federal, Tandberg, Lockheed Martin and Polycom.

Ms. Harman is a serial entrepreneur with twenty years of experience helping businesses capture new customers, keep their existing clients and grow their revenues profitably.   She has held senior operations, marketing and sales positions with industry leaders and emerging companies in the telecommunications, IT, videoconferencing, software and outsourcing industries.   Her background in both sales and marketing gives her the unique ability to bridge the gap that often separates those departments, and develop strategic business and marketing initiatives that impact the bottom line of the organization.

Prior to starting her own firm, Kelly was part of a management team that grew a leading videoconferencing systems integrator from $8 million to $100 million in a five year period.  She has been involved in six M&As, and assisted with the branding and launch of four technology companies.  She is also the founder of a gourmet dessert company named “A Spoonful of Sin, Inc.” and previously owned a children’s outerwear company.

Kelly serves on the boards of the City of Manassas Business Council, Women In Technology and Success in the City.
